The project and management of the work of Barra Energia do Brasil Petroleum and Gas headquarters was elaborated in three phases. The first, of office deployment, coincides with the birth of the company. The project was decisive for the consolidation of the company’s organizational culture. Both in the definition of layout, and in the characterization of the company image.
The second challenge came at the time of the company’s first expansion, after leasing the neighboring property of the same footage. In the year-end holidays the union of the areas was carried out, with the company in operation, expanding from the heart of the company – Exploration & Production area. Strategically located in the center of the layout. In the third phase, a month later, the reorganization of the Financial Department was carried out, consolidating the layout definition begun a year earlier.
